Know Better Skin.


Every year Colorescience hosts a physical event for their internal sales and marketing personnel to plan for the year ahead. They want to build a virtual experience that is unique and engage their team over three days.


The event was hosted at the ‘Eiffel Tower in Paris. Every virtual room had the theme of being inside the tower and animated elevator transitions made the experience come alive.

The Auditorium was set up to host pre-recorded and live sessions. Private meeting rooms were set up throughout the event for breakout sessions and live workshops for internal sales team members. The client was able to display their video content image and workshops on banners which attendees were able to click on to watch.

Trade show floor for vendors to display promotional materials and networking opportunities with attendees. Showroom floor where Colorescience was able to add a number of display booths that showcased products, marketing initiatives, and training resources.

Gamification – Points were allocated for different activities that were conducted e.g. visiting booths, downloading materials and watching content.  The theme of the points was around the Tour de France and winners with the most points could achieve the yellow jersey! Experiences – A breakout Yoga and Meditation Session was in a virtual room enabling attendees to join in the morning before attending workshops in the breakout sessions that afternoon.

Adrienne Weaver was exceptional in her ideas and feedback as she helped sculpt and create the event. 86% of our attendees felt the Main and Breakout Sessions were “Extremely or Somewhat Easy” to navigate in the system. Zoom function/integration was fun, but attendees should have the option to turn on their webcams if presenters invite them to participate. Would love to be able to add points manually to the leaderboard for trivia questions placed throughout the meeting for engagement.
