The International Association for Prevention of Complications in Aesthetic Medicine (IAPCAM) is an organisation working with international doctors, all of whom are specialists in aesthetic medicine on a consensus for the management and prevention of complications.
The IAPCAM fourth Symposium will be a Virtual/Hybrid Event discussing specific complications and different case studies and their outcomes.
We created the meeting as a hybrid, with both LIVE stream and pre-recorded videos, with delegates having access to all sessions, as well as a digital platform in which they could visit virtual exhibitor stands.
The Gamification to win prizes encouraged delegates to interact with Exhibitors, network with each other and gain access to all symposium content for an additional 30 days at their convenience.
With the challenges of international travel currently, we were still able to bring together a highly respected panel of International speakers from Australia, Israel, canada, ireland, UK and across europe
Our fourth Symposium but first hosted virtually. We took a risk to create a hybrid international meeting. Having V-Unite as part of the meeting meant that we could fall back on the Interactive virtual platform to run the event, with a live stream of key opinion leaders filmed and streamed through the platform. We split our presentations into 4 sessions with coffee breaks in between giving delegates the opportunity to network in the chat lounges and interact with Exhibitors and gain points through our gamification.
We had over 200 delegates and speakers from all over the world.
