V-UNITE SOLUTION
2022 was our 9th Annual Sparkle Party and the third year we have been unable to host this event in person and the second year we have been using the V-Unite platform.
We received far lesser calls and lighter workload for the staff the year prior. The preparation was just a matter of enhancing our virtual experience from last year. Making it more interactive and fun for all attendees.
We were able to give attendees educational content in our dedicated treatment rooms showcasing the latest innovations in our cosmetic services, access special event discounts through our online skincare shop, request consultations and purchase our special sparkle passes which raises money for non-profit organisations.

RESULT
The event went smoothly with most attendees knowing what to do given that we have used the platform the year prior. We also use Google analytics after the event which are really helpful moving forward as we come up with marketing initiatives.
