The Virtual Clinic created had all the impressions of a real clinic with an entrance, a waiting room with access to the treatment rooms, a link to the online shop and to book consultations. To further simulate a real one, the colors used were based on the clinic’s color palette.
To feature the protocols for the event, separate treatment rooms were created, and, to highlight, the products had their own showroom. For the patients’ better appreciation, a video and before & after photos were made available.
Another highlight of the event are the pre-recorded videos and podcasts that patients had to access on specified times giving the impression of live presentations.
The turn out went well as evidenced by orders received through the event.
