V-UNITE SOLUTION

We created the meeting as a hybrid event, with attendees having access to all sessions, some attendees in person as well as our international teams joining via the V-Unite platform, allowing us to bring our international marketing teams together to share ideas and visions for the future.

RESULT

Our 3rd joint marketing meeting. We created a hybrid international meeting.

Having V-Unite as part of the meeting meant that we could fall back on the Interactive virtual platform chat for our virtual attendees to leave questions that could be directed to speakers via an onsite moderator.

We had 120 delegates in person and over 350 attendees virtually.
