Overview
PADSFI hosted the 19th annual e-congress for catering to their members, industry professionals, and sponsors. The event allowed networking between attendees and exhibitors and increased attendee engagement through the gamification and lead generation using the poster room.

V-UNITE SOLUTION

We created these meetings with a mix of both pre-recorded videos and live Q&A joined by international speakers and over 300 attendees. The presentations were embedded into the platform thus the attendees maximized the built-in chat function.

The Gamification increased engagement and attendance as it encouraged the participants to visit the rooms and exhibitor’s booth.

The Poster Room has been utilized to provide information on how to be a member of the associations and its monthly activities exclusive for its members.

The Survey Room was created for the convenience of the attendees. After finishing the survey, the organizers will send them their certificates.

RESULT

We truly appreciated with how the V-unite platform made it easier for our international attendees and speakers to collaborate despite the distance. Our participants were able to follow the pre-recorded sessions seamlessly and had the opportunity to raise questions live.
